Customer service rep Charlie is the worst example of a customer support rep ever. Reached out because I was missing seeds in my order. I was told the package was being processed and thats why I hadn't gotten them. Sent me a tracking number to follow. A week later the provided tracking number shows its still waiting to be picked up. Reached back out and was then told my seeds had arrived a week earlier ( the day I originally reached out) and given a different tracking number thay doesn't work.
