My first order package was lost in the mail somewhere far away in the U.S. so this led to worry about my personal information being accessed by a stranger. The support staff confirmed that my package was lost and quickly sent out a new order to my home in Canada. I still don’t know where my package ended up or why it was lost. I was reassured that the package carrier would not charge a further fee for delivery which proved not to true. I was charged close to $50.00 additional dollars.
