Delivery via usps was slow, really slow, it took more than 12 days to actually get to me. I had just opened the 1st pumpkin spice jar& 2 days later a 2nd jar of the pumpkin spice was delivered at the 15 days later interval, say what? The coffee version I haven’t even begun to cruise through it yet, & now you want to send me another round.?. It’s gonna take me awhile to go through those 2 bags as it is, I only drink the coffee when I don’t have any appointments/procedures which is about 3 mornings a week. I’m more of a tea drinker & I have lots of that now. The green one I haven’t even begun figured out how to enhance its flavor. When I brew the water I add guava+loquat+kumquat fresh leaves & then pour this tea into my cup with the green one. For that matter, I pretty much do that for all the tea flavors, but not the coffee (that one I add a teaspoon of unrefined coconut oil). The cardamom is only added to the pumpkin spice.

I recently received the product I ordered from your store and was excited to use it. However, upon removing the plastic wrap, I noticed that the seal on top was already open. I must admit I am quite disappointed by this, as I prefer to use products that are sealed properly. I have addressed the sender about returning it, as I was not comfortable using the product due to this issue. Unfortunately, I was not offered that option; instead, I was informed that I would be responsible for paying my own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, if I’m shipping an item over $75, I should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as they don’t guarantee that they will receive the returned item. I’m so disappointed! I shouldn't have ordered this product. Now, my money is wasted.😡
