Ordering was easy, but I wasn't aware that the jars were only ONE ounce and half the servings compared to the jar I'd bought previously.

I think I already have. Amla Green needs to be bottled into recyclable and recycled glass containers. BPA is only one phalate, the emulsifiers, colors etc. Labels on these containers need to be made of recycled paper and use environmentally friendly inks. The product should have a zero carbon footprint. The packaging sends a conflicting message to the product contained therein. Rethink it. As a diabetic Big Pharma is pivotal in producing new insulins, delivery methods and blood tests.

I couldn’t select multiple flavors. It was only what was in the packages even though it is not worded that way. Also the website is clunky and not really informative, ie decaffeination process. Just seems to be lacking and hard to navigate.

It took forever to get it. First it was sent to New jersey. I live in Texas. Once they figured that out it still took more than a week to get it. The people who assisted by email were kind. The teas are good.

It took awhile to get here but it is worth it.

I feel like the web site could be easier when shopping. Also, I can order on line through my computer and then I will get a text that you haven't heard from me. Doesn't seem like they sync.

I had an issue with my order, but the woman who answered the customer service number took excellent care of my issue. So nice to have a live person answer the phone right off the bat, and to have someone as knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly as she was. Made the whole experience so much nicer. Thank you!

It was totally screwed up on line had to call to get order shipped even thou my credit card had been charged !!!

I did not receive my order for many weeks after placing it but I did receive several emails asking how I liked the product. I emailed my concern but got no response. I was finally able to reach a customer service person by phone, after several attempts where no one answered and I had to leave a voice mail. After I spoke with the representative she had my order shipped and I received it in 3-4 days. I was frustrated and irritated by this protracted process.
