I recently received the product I ordered from your store and was excited to use it. However, upon removing the plastic wrap, I noticed that the seal on top was already open. I must admit I am quite disappointed by this, as I prefer to use products that are sealed properly. I have addressed the sender about returning it, as I was not comfortable using the product due to this issue. Unfortunately, I was not offered that option; instead, I was informed that I would be responsible for paying my own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, if I’m shipping an item over $75, I should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as they don’t guarantee that they will receive the returned item. I’m so disappointed! I shouldn't have ordered this product. Now, my money is wasted.😡
