In the past I've had to exchange with them. I need to "upsize" sometimes. They're very good about communication and dealing with problems. In fact, I can't tell you the name of any retailer I've dealt with that has communication that is equal to Lesley Evers. They know their PR, and it works!

It was my first time purchasing a Leslie Evers product. I ordered my skirt based on the sizing chart, but when it arrived, it was far too large for my shape. I was able to exchange it for a skirt two sizes down and I am now very happy with my purchase. The exchange experience was fairly simple and the replacement arrived reasonably quickly. I was happy to have purchased the item on sale. I tend to purchase fewer items of better quality these days, but the economy is terrible.

I shop at the Palo Alto store and for a small store the selection of LE product is comprehensive. The staff are personable, helpful and truth-tellers when you ask for their opinion, “how does this look?” Check out is effortless and you leave the store with a beautifully wrapped purchase in a LE signature print shopping bag. The whole experience makes you feel special.
