I have been a customer since the beginning. As such, I was familiar with the return policy. However the return policy changed during a 25% holiday sale so that ANYTHING purchased from that sale would only be returned for a merchandise credit. I feel as though I got DUPED! I bought a few things I normally wouldn’t because I got them at a good price. Unfortunately only one item worked and LE has been less than supportive with their customer service. I guess I don’t understand the change in policy
