The site functionality is fine. I find some of the prints too big and exagerated and some of the cuts look ill-fitting, even on the models. One of the dresses tried on clearly was badly designed to have a short skirt that wings out waaaaay too much. To cover this up the model is show holding the skirt out, as if swinging. It's not, it's just strangely shaped. That was disappointing to realize when I got it home and tried it on.

Now when I visit my daughter living in Portland OR I make a point to visit the Lesley Evers store, and it’s a treat. The staff is always helpful while I meander and think through all the possibilities. But I am most impressed with the customer service I received after I got back to Los Angeles and wondered if a different size in the Parker pants would fit better, because arrangements were promptly made to get me the other size with a return label. That made a lasting positive impression!
