Placed my order for the boots with the lead time of 4-6 weeks for the Boots to be made and then shipped but after 7-8 weeks I got not updates until I reached out. Which then took another month before shipping. I just disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency with the delay in shipment.

With the shoes I ordered being on pre-order and expecting it to take several months, I was reached out to by support to say one pair had become available early and got them early - had a great experience with the service reps and very happy with the fact I got the shoes early too - seems like something most companies wouldn't bother asking about.
