I have been trying to contact someone from customer service for over a week about my order. It took days for the first response and then I have been ghosted on both email and Instagram since. I want to return my item as it is defective and they have done absolutely nothing to help. There is no care of customers and I would never buy from this scam of a company or recommend them to anyone in future.
