The saree was available when I paid for it. After a couple of weeks of waiting for it, I was told it was not available so they offered and refund and I gave my bank details. Waited for the refund, and suddenly the saree turned up! The colour was totally different than what I had ordered so I was really disappointed. I have asked for a return and refund now, hope the process is smooth this time.
