I never received my order, the first time I ordered it, the company delivering the package left it at a vacant apartment. I reached out to the botanic company and they told me they needed a picture of my door to confirm misdelivery, even though the wrong apartment number was clearly visible where the carrier left it. After a bunch of redundant emails they finally shipped out a replacement product that I NEVER RECEIVED which is ridiculous because I was home the entire week (It just says delivered with no picture). I reached out to the company multiple times and I haven’t received any answer. So I lost out on money and the product…. Never ordering from this company again. I’m sure I’m not the only one this has happened to. They should be ashame
