This product, definitely makes my hair softer and less tangled. It's easier to manage and makes my hair seem more hydrated. I don't know if I've used it long enough to see any change in growth though. Not as quick as I'd hoped anyway. I'm still not seeing noticeable change in new hair or thickening on my thin patches. But hair is softer.
