Used customer services for the first time despite being a customer for several years. They were great! I had an issue with my payment card on my annual order and wanted to add another product to the order as well. I had personalised emails and great follow up to check everything was sorted. 10/10

The communication from Earth Breeze is excellent with emails letting me know when my next order is due and when it has been dispatched. I have got used now to the post being a bit slow in the UK with my packet taking between 7 and 10:days to arrive after you have noticed me that it has been sent.
