Still not received so I’d say the experience was awful. Especially for my daughter who I wanted to give it to on Christmas. Promised and USPS tracked delivery of 12/23 and still no bow staff. This company takes too long to manufacture these items in comparison to many other competitors. I won’t be buying from ultimate anymore. No way
