I bought one of these “titles” expecting some kind of genuine registration or historic link. What you actually receive is an automatically generated certificate and a piece of paper explaining how to change your name by Deed Poll, something anyone can do for free. There is no real title, land, or recognition involved. Because the certificate is personalised, they claim you can’t get a refund. It’s a well-designed con that looks legitimate but isn’t. Save your money.
