Overall, I’m very happy with the palm tree itself. It arrived in good condition, looks healthy, and is already thriving.
My only real complaint is the shipping. They use FedEx, which—at least in the Carolinas—has been consistently unreliable. My delivery was delayed multiple times before it finally showed up, which is frustrating, especially when you’re ordering live plants.
I’d strongly recommend they consider using a different shipping carrier.
