It was fun shopping, all but one plant arrived healthy. I reached out to customer support about the one that didn't. And, because their website really promotes their friendly and complete support, I asked them their opinion on a gift plant I received that has contradictory answers in my research as to the degree of toxicity to cats. They never even had the courtesy to respond about the missing plant! So now I am VERY disappointed and will not be back. Sadly, because their plants are amazing.
