I contacted Eureka Farms in the beginning because I bought two plants. I quickly noticed after I paid for them that I could do a bundle and get another plant for free. This was my first time ordering from them. I never received a call back or an email. Not very good customer service. I will most likely never order from them again. The Xanadu I received lost a lot of leaves. We are waiting to see if it’s going to make it.
