+: The tree was the correct height, with a nice sized trunk and lots of leaves. The tree will bonce back and survive -: The top of the tree was hard pruned by 2ft, if I had to guess. Sparce, thin branches that bend in every direction; caused by overcrowding. All leaves and most branches are covered in powdery mildew. The tree has lost most of it's leaves due to transplant shock. = Buttonwoods are hardy trees. This tree will most likely thrive and with time, can be trained.

Consider yourself warned. You should buy the smallest plant they have available. Otherwise, when you order the largest 7-gallon one at $275 they will send you a 2-gallon one but still charge you for the big one. Then they'll say they don't guarantee sizes and refuse to honor their deal. Come to find reviews on Google saying the same. Sorry guys that's bad business. They also don't identify male vs female trees when necessary such as for red mulberry.
