I'm not sure why the order went from Homestead up to Orlando then back down here to Deerfield Beach. That has never happened before. Perhaps it was so cold in Orlando that that is why I lost several leaves on the cane plant, although it is the biggest cane plant I have ever gotten from you guys and has stopped losing leaves and still looks great

As a prior Customer I am very dissatisfied with the last transaction. Weak looking trees and one broken. For the price per plant, and shipping costs I expected a higher quality. No new plant sent after I asked. Only reimbursement. There is a reason Customers by plants online. It is because our local nurseries do not carry or are out of stock of of the plant we want. Thus we rely on suppliers such as Eureka Farms. In the future I will not be purchasing anything from you.

Great quality plants and well packed for the long cross-country journey. Shipping is slow, but worth the wait. However, some plants have not been shipped two months after the order and payment date, with no response from customer service on the reasons for the delay and outlook for when they may be shipped. Customer communication could improve. I don't mind the wait if I know I will get the plants at a projected time, but this is far from the case here.
