Customer Service itself was great but my only gripe has to do with setting up the lighter. I don't know anything about lighters, but I got the butane they suggested and followed their video tutorial, and I found the tutorial is really lacking. It took me and my boyfriend a solid 48 hours to figure out how to actually get the thing to light + a lot of people in the comments seemed to be having issues too. So... make better tutorials FlameSpade
