Shopping portion was great, however there were no email updates to the order until after the lighter was already delivered. This was especially concerning as this being a Christmas present I had received the confirmation email and an estimate of anywhere from middle of the month to beginning of January. I checked the website a few times and was able to find out it luckily shipped closer towards the beginning of the month. Otherwise I feel like the lighter was a great price and considering all the factors it did get delivered relatively quick to expectations especially during the Holiday season. I am hopeful that future purchases will provide a smoother shipment process
