Easy to purchase online, and arrived a day earlier than expected. My only recommendation is to have instructions for this product that are not so general. It would be nice to have individual product instructions for adding the fuel, and changing out wicks, etc. It would be better if you had an instructional video link showing someone how to add the fuel, wicks, etc.

I bought a 3 lighter pack and 2 of them had problems. But flamespade made it right once I showed them proof. They replaced the broken lighters and the new ones work just fine. The working products are great and the customer service is fast to fix mistakes. They might need a little mote quality checks before shipping items but overall im happy with my experience and would shop again.
