Horrible customer service, I sent 3 emails and there was no response to my issue. The concept of the beadbox is great but you cannot get all of the beads in the column onto the bead wand in one motion so there are leftover beads stuck in the bottom. Also if you push the wand down too hard it bends and breaks. It is also an extremely tedious and difficult task to fit the beads back into the bead box for reuse.
