I placed my order on August 11 and paid extra for expedited shipping (4–7 business days). Unfortunately, I never received my original package. After contacting customer service, I was told FedEx had marked it as lost. The company then offered a replacement and a gift card, but I specifically asked for the replacement to be expedited instead. Despite their assurance that it was shipped, I still never received anything — no original order, no replacement, and no refund.
