Live the products but the customer service was lacking when I reported missing things and also when I reported the issue with the noise and also they attached tracking number to my purchase that wasn’t mine which made the whole delivery process quite painful. Really like what I purchased though now that all is received.

Customer service so far has been good. I know I’ve read some reviews that the customer service is slow to answer but I haven’t had to contact them yet for any issues but overall process of ordering the bike and getting delivery was great.

My general experience with Gyroor CA was mixed. While the initial setup and concept were fine, I encountered several durability issues that affected long-term satisfaction. Despite a delay due to the companys shipping container held up in customs, they kept us updated on timing of our delivery and both bikes and pads all arrived the same day after about 3 weeks. No damage to shipping boxes except 1 put upside down by Purolator (despite huge "This side up" label)
