UPS is not a great ditribution company here in Sweden.
They cost me 4 days of vacation days in stead of 1 that i never will get back...
They lie about attempting to delivery.
I was at hame to recive my bike and could not miss them in any way but still i gott message failed to delivery costumers could not be reached.
They hold my bike and evry day i got message delivery on its vay.
Please dont use UPS to delivery your products to Sweden.
They put your products in bad stand to your costumers.

My package never arrived, and DUOTTS made me do all the legwork to fix their logistics mistake. I spent hours calling and emailing the courier. DPD France finally validated my official Declaration of Non-Receipt and confirmed they are just waiting on DUOTTS to authorize a solution.
I sent all this proof to DUOTTS customer service, and they have completely gone silent. They ignored my emails over the weekend and ignored my urgent follow-up today while holding onto my money.

I ordered a new spoke repair kit. Because the delivery of the bicycle went wrong, one of the spokes was bent with its nut head broken..
