Took me a little while to get used to it at first, but now I absolutely love it. Plus, it arrived in just three days! I had a question for customer service and got a reply within 24 hours. Highly recommend 👌

No service in UK, no supply in UK, warranty on parts void if incorrect fitting, however no technician available in UK or Ireland will work on Duotts brand. Despite these issues, the customer service is second to none, working very hard to negotiate the local difficulties here. Very helpful with advice and tips and prompt to reply. Overall these are great machines, built well, and very affordable. Local difficulties in Northern Ireland seem to be a brexit problem.

To all friends concerned about range: On the same route, using only pedal-assist mode, but with different average speeds, the range performance will also vary! At slower speeds, you can ride further; at faster speeds, the range will be slightly shorter, but the riding experience is more exhilarating. I've had my C29 for three weeks now, and I'm 60 years old this year. This bicycle is absolutely splendid – precisely what I was after. It climbs any hill with ease, requiring little effort, and the battery range is outstanding; the dual batteries provide even greater endurance. The C29 truly is an exceptional bicycle.👍

Eu teria preferido o esquema de cores preto e vermelho, mas infelizmente só restavam azul e branco. Ainda assim, estou muito satisfeito! The craftsmanship is superb. I ride this bicycle daily and have taken it several times along the Thames cycle path around Oxford. The ride is exceptionally comfortable, with effortless handling and an overall superb experience.

Both front and rear feature disc brakes, delivering excellent stopping power, though I'm considering upgrading to a hydraulic braking system. Do you have any recommendations?
