I don't know why, but I received 2 CDs, one from England and the other from the USA. And each time I had to pay up to 8 euros in additional fees, including a dispute with FedEx that is still not settled. Overall, it pays for the second CD but the money went to taxes and not in your pocket. It's frustrating. Let's console ourselves by saying that you're stopping physical merchandising, but it's worrying for the future if you make CDs again. We'll see.
