you guys took 5 days to supposedly package my order. I get it, it was black friday. however, it took more than 15 days or more than 10 business days to mail the package from Oregon to Nevada?
I emailed customer service, and all they could do was apologize that it's taking longer. No!!!! I want to know why my package was sitting in limbo as you packaged it but DIDN'T deliver it to the post office to be mailed???? I emailed no less than 3 times and each time, a canned apology was sent. SAD

I wish I could have added photos or a video. After 2.5 weeks I still dont have my product. The 2 times I emailed support there was a canned (ai generated) vague response about high volumes and my last contact of support I received NO response. I even read a review stating how quickly their product was delivered after just a few days.
