customer service was unhelpful, unknowledgeable, and defied logic. Kept repeatedly stating the part is working as designed. How can they know that? They aren't seeing it. Also asking questions such as, "how long is your gun?" What does that even mean, perhaps you mean the barrel length as opposed to the entire firearm? Please hire people who are educated about firearms to interact with your customers.
