Ordering was super easy, and as far as shipping, they TOTALLY underpromised and overdelivered. I originally thought these games would arrive in 5-7 business days; it wasn't even 48 hours before they were at the door. Don't know how they pull that off, but after reading other reviews, it's not a rare happening. The games are beautiful, with easily adjustable play times, and so quick to learn. Perfect party games!
