I have already explained this issue. The product description presented in photos on your website for the Dark Gray blanket, featured a blanket with multiple colors (browns and light grays) and an animal print pattern, does not match the product I received. Further, customer service support acknowledged the blanket was misrepresented, and was supposed to reach back out to me. As of 1/3, I have heard nothing from them
