I ordered a comforter that looked beautiful and high-quality online, but when it arrived, I was completely disappointed. The material was cheap, and it felt nothing like what was advertised. I immediately tried to contact the company via email to initiate a return and get a refund, but after numerous attempts, I never received a single response. This company is a complete rip-off! They do not provide quality products, and their customer service is nonexistent. They pretend to be an American company, but they are not. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with them at all costs.
