I submitted my order in June 2024, I changed my order in July 2024 to a different color that would better suit our bedroom. I was quickly told to pay the extra money to cover the new request, which I did immediately. I did not receive the product until November 2024. After several attempts to reach out to follow up on my order I was told "my original request was being discontinued and thats what was holding up the entire order" I let them know I changed my order in July and that original order was no longer needed as I paid the additional up charge to change the comforter. After I placed a contact us request, it took customer service 3-4 weeks to respond and this went on for months. I asked in one of my last attempts to have a manager or supervisor give me a call, or some kind of refund or discount for the issues this was causing, and I didnt hear anything back and then my product was received a couple weeks later. I was very disappointment with the customer service, but the comfort of these sheets was worth the wait.
