The installation was an absolute night mare. One of the worse experiences I've ever had working with a company. I ended up paying double and doing it myself anyway plus the work men left the materials out in the rain to get covered in mold and dirt. Saunasnet people tried Abit to help over the phone which is why I gave two stars and not one, but overall was truly terrible.
