Overall good, but some of the styles of shoes could use more pictures from different angles, and it would help a lot to not get overwhelmed in exploring the site if each style and color was not listed separately. Maybe just pick one color as the main picture for all styles, and you have to click through to see other colors.

Returns are not particularly user-friendly. I had to spend $31.35 to ship the shoes to the UK in order to return them. If you're selling to the US, it would be a nice service to your customers to provide a shipping address in the US for returns. I just hope it gets there in time for me to get a refund. I won't be so happy if I don't get my refund - they were expensive!
