Every pianta 30w has arrive with broken plastic shield inside the light packaging in the box - dosn’t affect the light at all , but for everyone to be broken the same in their own box is poor. I would guess everyone has the same problem arrives with bits of broken plastic in the box , pretty basic easy to fix just poor .
Communication through to dispatch all good and quick.
Claria is perfect excellent light , pianta average and very poor packaging.
