My order took 25 days to ship. Ordered on 12/6, received
order Jan 3rd.m. There as a day delay because I finally got fed up with waiting for my order to ship and requested a chargeback. My order was then ready to ship, but they would not ship without me cancelling my chargeback requests, which is understandable. They offered to send me a free item as a courtesy for the delay in shipping. However, when my order came, they did not include anything additional. Overall the sweatshirts were decent, but customer service is poor.
