Had you explained in your description of the winder that it was somewhat challenging to program, I would have passed on ordering it. I have used many microprocessor controlled systems in my 40 year medical career and could very easily have designed a more user friendly program for this machine.

My item was unused, in original packaging, and within the return window, yet a normal return was still difficult. I was told to pay return shipping, lose 5% in fees, and was pushed to keep it instead. For products at this price point, that makes it hard to shop confidently. If you are not 100% sure what you need, be careful.
