It’s worst experience of my first brand purchase. Starting from customer care experience to return and exchange policies . Unprofessional attitude of customer care executives . Unrealistic conditions and criteria during bogo offers and terms conditions not highlighted on product page properly creating issues for customer while return. You Not even exchanging the product even just for size issue.
Overall it’s worst experience and will not recommend this brand any of my friend and office mates .
