Still waiting for that 12-24 hour customer service response. It's only been a week now. UPDATE. I don't know what happened to my original email. It triggered an automatic reply from Daytona but no customer service contact. After 2 weeks I sent a second email. This time I got an automatic reply and customer service responded the same day. Glitches happen and they made it right in the end. I would still shop at Daytona.
