thought that L is the usual size, which fits me, but the t-shirt was not fitting me well. I asked for an exchange of the size, nothing else, but your customer team totally denied, saying that this was on a discount and hence there is no exchange. This is a really terrible policy to have and I'm not going to try any time again your product.
