If I’m unsatisfied with a recent purchase, I should be able to return it for a full refund and not have to pay to ship it back to you. This is something that you should work on. If anything you should be able to send me a label to put on the box that covers the shipping cost. I wish I could continue my Ant subscription with you guys but for $50 a hat and I have two hats that don’t fit me, it’s really too expensive for me to continue. I wish this wasn’t the case at all.
