There was a problem with the condition of my body butter bar, when it arrived, that wasn’t the company’s fault. However, I asked them if they’d be willing to replace it. They said they would and even asked about the condition of the other product that arrived with the body butter. It was fine but impressive that they asked about it! The replacement came quickly and their customer service was awesome!
