not good. my item never shipped out. i got an email asking how i liked my order and to review it. i’ve been reaching out to them through email, phone number, and instagram since november and it’s nearly january and i have not gotten a response back. they don’t offer cancellations or refunds so im really quite aggravated. i don’t mind waiting a long time but not hearing anything back at all is extremely frustrating.
