Got it! Here's a polished version of your message: --- The quality and service are not the same as before. I can find the same products at a lower price elsewhere. The lady who helped us at the store seemed annoyed with me because I wasn't sure what to get for my friends for Christmas. I'll try other avenues and stores next time.
