The fact that T-shirts and swimsuits cannot be returned or exchanged is, in my view, shocking. The argument that they are “made to order” simply does not hold up — it’s absurd. Many customers naturally overlook such conditions because they would never expect them. I will never buy anything from this brand for my daughter again.
