I had a conflict with a 2nd order and attempted to cancel it less than 8 hours after it was placed. I was told it was not possible because it was already "processing" however, my order did not actually ship for 2 more weeks. I do not understand how an order could not be cancelled yet was not anywhere near shipping. Bad look.
