We had some discussion with the team about which suburbs are classed as ‘metro areas’ (and therefore eligible for free delivery). My suburb is typically considered metro with other suppliers, but didn’t seem to be with KKUSO. They offered me free delivery after I emailed them to query this, which I was very happy about. The online team were helpful and quick to respond/resolve my enquiry.
