Disappointed by the recent drop in quality and customer service. ​I have been a loyal customer of this company for about five years and used to absolutely love their products. Unfortunately, my last couple of purchases have been a major disappointment. The nails are no longer durable, and the quality has visibly gone down. When I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue, they showed poor support and refused to take accountability.
